Interpretation and Definitions

Accounts

You need to keep your account and password private. This means you shouldn't let others access your account using your login details. Sharing your account login or password is prohibited. You are accountable for any activities that happen under your account. If you notice any security issues or someone using your account without permission, you must inform us immediately.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service, including Add-ons, are made available on a paid subscription basis.

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing Cycles are set on a monthly or yearly basis.

You may cancel your Subscription either through your online profile page or by contacting Formich customer support team at [email protected] and indicating your intention to cancel your Subscription.

Fees and Fee Changes

We can change the fees for your subscription or add-ons whenever we want. If there's a change, it will take effect at the end of your current payment period.

Formich will let you know in advance if there's going to be a change in the fees you pay. If you keep using the service after the change, it means your agreement to pay the modified Subscription Fees.

Refunds

Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used Subscription periods.
